Physical Products (Hair Bows, Cookie Cutters, Craft Supplies,Digital Downloads )

 Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

 Hair Bows:
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned once they have been worn or handled, ensuring every customer receives brand-new, unused items.

 Digital Downloads:
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned.” Once a file is downloaded, the sale is final. This prevents unauthorized use or distribution after a refund.

 Cookie Cutters & Earring Cutters:
All cutters are made to order or carefully inspected before shipping. Because they come into contact with food, polymer clay, or body-contact jewelry making materials, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

 We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is ever an issue with your order arriving damaged or incorrect, please contact us  at Nipahutjunction@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will happily resolve it for you.

​Customized items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
