Welcome to Beverly’s Butterflies Creative Boutique. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Products & Services

Beverly’s Butterflies Creative Boutique offers:

Handmade hair bows
Digital downloads (invitations, clipart, printable designs)
Cookie cutters (physical product)
Earring cutters (physical product)

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.

2. Digital Downloads

All digital items are for personal use only, unless stated otherwise.
No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.
Files are non-refundable due to their digital nature.

3. Shipping & Processing

Physical items (hair bows, cookie cutters, earring cutters) are processed within [insert your turnaround time, e.g. 3-5 business days] unless otherwise noted.
Shipping times depend on carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or international customs.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Digital items: No refunds.
No Refund Policy Reasoning
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Hair Bows:
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned once they have been worn or handled, ensuring every customer receives brand-new, unused items.
Digital Downloads:
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be “returned.” Once a file is downloaded, the sale is final. This prevents unauthorized use or distribution after a refund.
Cookie Cutters & Earring Cutters:
All cutters are made to order or carefully inspected before shipping. Because they come into contact with food, polymer clay, or body-contact jewelry making materials, returns are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is ever an issue with your order arriving damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will happily resolve it for you.

5. Cancellations

Request cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may have already begun processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and digital files remain the property of Beverly’s Butterflies Creative Boutique. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim designs as your own.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Our hair bows and accessories are handmade with care. However, please supervise young children when wearing bows or clips, as small parts can pose a choking hazard.
